Refund Policy - The Basics

At Printed by Patti, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're unhappy with your product, refunds are available for unworn items (trying on is fine!). I process all refunds on the same day, although it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement. If you believe your refund hasn't gone through, please don’t hesitate to contact me, and I’ll assist you promptly.
